Week 3:
Well this week has not been so good for me, Aunt Flo came to visit and she always makes me gain weight!
Meals:
Wednesday:
Breakfast: bowl of ceral
Lunch: left over baked pork chop and a salad
Dinner: Zaxbey's salad
Thursday:
Lunch: Bibas chicken in a mushroom sauce and a few bites of pasta ( not all that great)
Dinner: Capatin D's grilled tilipa and grilled shrimp with steamed vegies
Snack: Sweet Monkey's frozen yogart with fresh fruit toppings
Friday:
Breakfast: Bowl of Ceral
Lunch:Lean Cusine pizza
Dinner: Pollo Asdo (grilled chicken with onions picdo and rice)
Saturday:
Breakfast: Bowl of Ceral
Lunch:Salad from Fenders ( with ham and turkey on it )
Dinner: Japanse ( steamed rice, fillet, scaollps, and shrimp )
Snack: sugar free pudding
Sunday:
Breakfast: Strawberry banana smoothie from Mcdonalds
Lunch: Asian salad from Mcdonalds
Dinner: Pollo Asdo again from the mexican resturant
Snack: 2 packs 100 calorie cookies and one pack of cheese its
Monday:
Breakfast: Bowl of ceral
Lunch: Bowl of light soup with a grilled chesse on wheat bread
Dinner: Baked Tilipa and baked vegies
Snack: watermelon
Tuesday:
Lunch: Bowl of Seafood gumbo and a spinach stawberry salad
Dinner: Chicken Alferdo
Snack: Sugar free pudding and some watermelon

So I didnt lose any weight this week, but I didnt gain any. Next week ill just have to work harder.

Week 2:
Boy this first week has been one difficult task! I hate the word diet, to me I dont think diet should even be in the dictonary. I havent gotten to walk any because, it has been raining everyday I planned on walking! I did have ever go swiming (which is a lot more fun than walking )
Here is my Meals:
Wednesday:
Lunch: 1/2 of a chica-fila-wrap with a lemonade
snack: a pack of apples
dinner: 2 spinach manotti rolls and 2 small pieces of garlic bread
Thursday:
Breakfast: ceral bar with apple juice
Lunch: left over salad with ranch dressing
Snack: hand full of ceral and a pack of apples
Dinner: Zaxbey's sald with unsweet tea
Friday:
Breakfast: Ceral bar
Lunch: the other 1/2 of my chicken wrap and some cheese nips
snack:apple slices
Dinner: Pollo Asdo ( grilled chicken with onions, picdo and rice)
Saturday
Breakfast: bowl of ceral with skim milk
Lunch: veggie sandwich on wheat ( from side street )
Snack: sugarfree boston cream pie pudding ( WOW, it is A-maziing)
Dinner: Broiled seafood platter with a side sald ( which had 1000 island dressing on the side) from red lobster

Breakfast: Bowl of ceral with skim milk
Lunch: Chicken strawberry salad from craker barrell
Dinner: Ham and cheese on wheat with a bowl of veggie soup and a starwberry banna smoothie
Monday
Breakfast: bowl of ceral with skim milk
Lunch: spicy tuna lettece wraps with asparus
Snack: sugerfree pudding, and 100 calorie pack of chocolate chip cookies with skim milk
Dinner: Baked Tilipa with baked squash and zucchini
Tuesday:
Lunch: chicken wrap with a bowl of fruit
snack: hand full of dry ceral
Dinner: Baked pork chop green beans and a sald.
Now that I have bored you with wait I ate, but I am thinking to myself if I write down EVEWRYTHING I eat maybe I wont eat so much, then in turn lose weight.

Week 1:
I want to start a blog in order to keep me in fous to do this. So here is my first one.
I saw on oprah the other day where they were asked 3 questions.....
1. Why are you overweight?
I have really struggled with my weight all my life, I think its because I use food as a comfort rather than a benefit. I have been unhappy with myself for a long time. I often ask myself what is my purpose in life? I got teased a lot in school which didnt make it any easier for me. So to answer the question I think it is because I am unhappy and I need to find out why.
2. Why do you want to lose weight?
I want to lose weight, so I can watch Landon grow up and be a better me.
3. Why haven't you been successful to date?
I have tried SO many differnt things but NEVER stuck with it!!
This is a start to a never ending battle... I am going to write down everything and leave NOTHING back so I WILL do this. My ups and downs, highs and lows.
I am giving myself a year in oder to do this
Start Weight: 285 May 10th 2011
Goal Weight: 200 May 10th 2012

I am going to start an excerise program at home in the morning. Monday Wednesday Friday I am go to do core excerise to strenghten my body Tuesday and Thurday I am going to walk 2 miles.
I planing on writing a "weekly" blog. So I will write down what I eat as well.
So here it goes.....
