Week 3:

Well this week has not been so good for me, Aunt Flo came to visit and she always makes me gain weight!

Meals:
Wednesday:
Breakfast: bowl of ceral
Lunch: left over baked pork chop and a salad
Dinner: Zaxbey's salad

Thursday:
Lunch: Bibas chicken in a mushroom sauce and a few bites of pasta ( not all that great)
Dinner: Capatin D's grilled tilipa and grilled shrimp with steamed vegies
Snack: Sweet Monkey's frozen yogart with fresh fruit toppings

Friday:
Breakfast: Bowl of Ceral
Lunch:Lean Cusine pizza
Dinner: Pollo Asdo (grilled chicken with onions picdo and rice)

Saturday:
Breakfast: Bowl of Ceral
Lunch:Salad from Fenders ( with ham and turkey on it )
Dinner: Japanse ( steamed rice, fillet, scaollps, and shrimp )
Snack: sugar free pudding

Sunday:
Breakfast: Strawberry banana smoothie from Mcdonalds
Lunch: Asian salad from Mcdonalds
Dinner: Pollo Asdo again from the mexican resturant
Snack: 2 packs 100 calorie cookies and one pack of cheese its

Monday:
Breakfast: Bowl of ceral
Lunch: Bowl of light soup with a grilled chesse on wheat bread
Dinner: Baked Tilipa and baked vegies
Snack: watermelon

Tuesday:
Lunch: Bowl of Seafood gumbo and a spinach stawberry salad
Dinner: Chicken Alferdo
Snack: Sugar free pudding and some watermelon

Now to the weight part ( which I know all of you skip what I eat just for this  ) :)

This Week:278
So I didnt lose any weight this week, but I didnt gain any. Next week ill just have to work harder.
