Week 1:

I want to start a blog in order to keep me in fous to do this. So here is my first one.

I saw on oprah the other day where they were asked 3 questions.....

1. Why are you overweight?
 I have really struggled with my weight all my life, I think its because I use food as a comfort rather than a benefit. I have been unhappy with myself for a long time. I often ask myself what is my purpose in life? I got teased a lot in school which didnt make it any easier for me. So to answer the question I think it is because I am unhappy and I need to find out why.

2. Why do you want to lose weight?
I want to lose weight, so I can watch Landon grow up and be a better me.

3. Why haven't you been successful to date?
I have tried SO many differnt things but NEVER stuck with it!!

This is a start to a never ending battle... I am going to write down everything and leave NOTHING back so I WILL do this. My ups and downs, highs and lows.

I am giving myself a year in oder to do this

Start Weight: 285 May 10th 2011
Goal Weight: 200 May 10th 2012

I am going to start an excerise program at home in the morning. Monday Wednesday Friday I am go to do core excerise to strenghten my body Tuesday and Thurday I am going to walk 2 miles.
I planing on writing a "weekly" blog. So I will write down what I eat as well.

 So here it goes.....
